That’s what Hulu said after Paloma walked across my computer while I was watching an SNL video. Paloma performed an Internet search! What a smart girl.
More to the point, Paloma walked across my computer while it was sitting on my lap, and not for the first time, either. On Friday she started staying out from under the couch for longer periods of time - twenty minutes, maybe thirty - and now she’s hanging out with me, soliciting neck rubs and back rubs and food just like the normal, happy, healthy kitty I always believed but now can confirm she is.
She purrs, she plays, she snuggles. She’s great! Right now she’s sunning herself on the windowsill.
Tonight or tomorrow I’ll film her running back and forth between the living room and my bedroom, sliding around on the wooden floors and loving every second of her whimsical madcat’s dash.
For now I’m going to return to that SNL video. I’ll also post it here, for your viewing pleasure. It’s Kristin Wiig as Björk. Priceless.
